Easy WOD

We're trying out EasyWODs in Routa from May through June!

We're trying out EasyWODs from May through June! Classes will begin on May 20 and will be held on Wednesdays and Fridays at 4 p.m.
​​​​​​​If there is enough interest, we’ll add the classes to the schedule in the fall!

This is a less intense class that focuses on learning movements and techniques. The content of the class may be the same as the daily WOD, but the program may be modified—for example, by removing the strength segment or the metcon—to keep the intensity of the class at a lower level.

Anyone can join the class. This is especially suitable for those who are looking for easier workouts to fit into their schedule or want to learn the movements at a more relaxed pace. EasyWods are also a great way for On Ramp finishers to start working out!


Participation does not require completion of the On Ramp course

You can come try CrossFit at EasyWOD with a one-time payment or a 10x card! Children under 16 can participate with a Routa Kids one-time payment (€10). You can find the different payment options in our online store!
