Routa Kids
Routa Kids and Teens -classes are designed for children and teenagers.
Routa Kids or CrossFit Kids classes offer a fun and varied way to develop strength, endurance, mobility and body control. For children (6-11 years), the workouts include games and play, while for teenagers (12-15 years) they are more challenging and support also other sports. The classes will improve self-confidence, teamwork skills and help children to build a positive relationship with sport.
Routa Kids 12-15 year olds
APRIL-MAY Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3pm
Routa Kids 9-11 year olds
APRIL-MAY Wednesday at 7pm, Sunday at 12pm
Routa Kids 6-8 year olds
APRIL-MAY Friday at 6pm, Sunday at 11am
